Body Fuel Organics started in Regina in 2005 with a simple idea: a grocery store where everything on the shelf had already passed the “would I feed this to my family?” test.
Lana and her team have spent the last twenty years getting to know the farmers, reading every ingredient list, and building the kind of relationships big-box stores never will.
What you get is a curated grocery experience — produce bins picked by hand, juices pressed that morning, dairy and eggs from farms an hour away, and a staff that actually knows what’s in stock and why. Skip the grocery line. Get the good stuff.
